Wrong contact details, credits back
You have 14 days to raise a claim on an enquiry you bought. If it stands, the credits go back into your account.
- The phone number or e-mail address is demonstrably wrong.
- Nobody reached after 3 documented attempts across 48 hours.
- You already bought the same customer here once.
- The enquiry is plainly made up.
What the guarantee does not cover
The sales risk stays with you. Someone who changes their mind, buys elsewhere or finds your quote too expensive is not grounds for a claim. And the area was on the map before you bought.

What installers ask us

Fair enough. The usual deal is the same enquiry sold to six firms plus a monthly invoice. Here at most three buy it, you see what it is beforehand, and you only pay when you take one. Buy nothing and nothing runs on.

Then you file a claim in the portal — you have 14 days — and the credits come back. Wrong details are our mistake, not yours.
How many firms get the same enquiry?
At most 3. Once the last place is taken the enquiry is gone — for us as well.
Does this tie me in?
No. No fixed term, no notice period. You top up when you want to and stop when you want to. Credit you already hold stays in the account.
